New Toy

Momma sent a new toy...he rocks and rolls in this thing..he is adorable!

He looks so much like his Momma when she was a baby in this pic!

sweet sleepy big boy!

Is there anything sweeter than a sleeping baby?! This is Ethan snuggled in the crib from my friend Jessica, another 'Team Ethan' player! He slept 12 hours the first night he was out of the pack-n-play. He's a big boy! 22# now. These just make me want to chew on his chubby little cheeks!

Skype!

Last week we were able to see Tab and more importantly, she saw her boy! These pics dont do it justice because he was in constant motion but I think repeat viewings will only benefit them both! He seemed to recognize her voice and face when it came through... Hopefully next time we'll have a clearer pic

Shoes!

Ethan's sweet babysitter, Amy, got these wonderful shoes for him! He is crusing around everything so I know walking is just a few weeks away. They are pedepeds! They look so little boyish! I just love 'em. He wouldnt cruise for a few hours but has gotten the hang of it now and seems quite pleased with himself. Check out www.pedeped.com

leavin' on a jet plane

Sam loves the window and figured Ethan would too....he was right! Future flyer on our hands?...time will tell
They sure are holding on tight to each other! Ethan traveled great this trip from TX to NC with a stopover in Orlando. Boy were we tempted to go see Mickey Mouse!

More Teeth!

He grew these while he was in Texas! Three more teeth on top! You have to be at just the right angle to view them in a smile but soon, they'll poke down a bit more. He looks so much like Tabitha to me at times. She had the same bright baby smile when her teeth were coming in. I wish I had some to post side by side... He chews on absolutely EVERYTHING..he's like a hungry bear!

He's back!

AFter 3+ weeks away from NC, our little jetsetter has returned from Texas! Here are a few pics of our 48 hours together while we did 'the exchange'. This is a baby boy who is loved to pieces! Nanny, Pop and (Great)grandma took such good care of him!

Nanny and her boy after a trip to the ER for an eye infection. This is a 'post-Dilaudid' picture so make no judgements on her sleepy face...she was out of it but really wanted to feed him!
Pop is Ethan's play-pal! I'm not sure who it enjoying this more, Pop or Ethan!

Hanging out by the suitcase, ready to leave on a jet plane, yet again.

Grandma taught him to 'play' the piano. She told me this became a favorite activity for the two of them. Ethan even played gently at times and all over the keyboard. We are all sure he's a musical genius!

More Pop playtime!
